Sports Apparel Helps You Show Your Support

It's never a big surprise when individuals attending a University get stoked about their school's team. In fact, it's pretty much traditional. I can't count the folks I knew back in college, who continually wore sports apparel such as football sweaters and T-shirts. They ate this stuff up. Imagine the cash flow those darn campus book stores have passing through their. They always offer oodles of this college spirit merchandise.

Here in America kids are raised and groomed to love football, basketball, and baseball. When I resided in North Carolina, basketball definitely took precedence over all other sports. In Chapel Hill that's all you hear about. Maybe it's because Michael Jordan attended school there, or maybe it's simply due to the fact that they have a great team. I will say this, I saw enough UNC sports apparel there to last me three lifetimes. The stuff sells like it's priceless. I often wonder if people are true supporters, or just feel pressure to wear it. But, things weren't much different at my University in Portland, Oregon. In this area it was all about the football. Even though it wasn't exactly our college that offered the great team, they still sold plenty of sports apparel with Viking's logos on them. Go figure!

If you haven't made it to college yet, you're in for a wild ride. Ecstatic sports fans flashing their sports apparel is just the tip of the iceberg. Get ready for the experience of your life. Hey, that's what the college years are all about. And if you're not already a sports nut, who knows; you just may get sucked into the madness known as school spirit. I definitely saw a few students convert like it was a religion or something. Either way, you can still have a blast at the local games, while sporting your supportive apparel. Just be careful you don't flash your team's apparel on the wrong side of the crowd. This can be deadly.
