New And Improved Exercise
Equipment Can Help You Shed Those Unwanted Pounds
It's that time of year again. You
know the one when everyone stuffs their face with goodies, treats, and plenty of
eggnog. Yeah, these are good times! But, I bet you won't think they're so grand
in retrospect when you're about 10 pounds heavier on New Year's Day and your
pants don't fit. Then it's not so jolly and gay. Suddenly it's all about
shedding unwanted fat and purchasing new and improved exercise equipment.
Something
that will really tone up that tummy once and for all. So, who's ready for a
giant ham, and plenty of fatty deserts?
I'm no anomaly. I too love the tastes and smells of holiday cuisine. Families
gather across the country to celebrate this awesome and jovial time of year. We
often look forward to all the home cooking, chocolate, pies, drinking and junk
food. We can't help it. The tradition is to blame. Anyway, if you can possibly
help it, get a head start this year. That new exercise equipment your spouse
bought you is under the tree right now. Snatch it out and tear it open. It's
time to get to work on those abs. You want to be ripped for the New Year right?
Heck, who doesn't. I don't know about you, but I'm sick of everyone ranting on
about how thin they're going to get once the New Year starts. Stop making
excuses and procrastinating all the time. You need to step up to the plate and
get it done. You may not even require contemporary exercise equipment. I work my
abs four times a week and I don't use anything at all. I simply prop my feet up
on a chair and but out 150 crunches. Give this a shot and you will feel the
burn. No one says you have to begin with 150. You should start with around 50 to
get used to it. If you feel the burn, it's working.
Although working out can get irksome and redundant, we all still have to do it.
It goes along with being human. Our bodies require a certain amount of exercise
and working out. What is your current regimen? Do you work your abs or leave
them out? If you've been neglecting the mid-section, DON'T. This is one area
that will commonly show your excess weight gain. Either invest in new exercise
equipment, or tackle the routines on your own with crunches, sit-ups or leg
raises. Just get the job done.
